★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI could not update the bank account, may be to avoid dividend payment, when raised the issue to senior team they closed my account and issued proceeds in the name of old account which does not exist. So ICICI dont want to settle their obligations and want to avoid any payment to customers after years of relationship. Complaint numbers logged - 16210420, 16301181

Faced login issue for one week
Not able to schedule tele medical by online. Link not working.
Fed up with customer service response- every time different person replying. Not Single focal point
For NRI customer and they are trying Indian number and telling no response.
Requested Nominee updation- Not done. Finally i got support to cancel my policy
i am Suggesting Single focal point at least until policy issuance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though IPRU is a great organization to work for but few people sits on top management making it really a worst place to work. That one man is NEHAL SHAH who's heading west Banca business including Gujarat Banca.
- He is literally exploiting employee of ipru and ruin so many career of budding Manager who has been in system since more than 5 years.
- You cannot have your personal life after working hour as after working hours this man is in the habit of taking long duration teams video call which last till 11 pm .
- if you are facing any network error during calls , then according to him it's employee fault only .
- He is totally diluted the culture of a great organization like Ipru
- countless attrition happens ( including so many senior level Manager left) in current FY just because of this man and so called HR Ankit Gandhi has nothing to take on this as he sits on their Lap and made themselves a puppet of Nehal Shah
- inspite of all this , Banca head Mr Kothari is literally avoiding this and gave him more bigger roles
Hereby requesting to those who are aspiring this company , don't waste your valuable career time here in Banca under the rubbish leadership of Nehal Shah.
And requesting country HR Head to look into this matter and save Ipru from this type of people
