★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST INSURANCE COMPANY.
DO NOT TAKE ANY INSURANCE FROM ICICI LOMBARD. specially if you belong to a middle-class family.
I live and work in Noida. I lost my job due to 3 months of COVID-19 lockdowns in India.
Submitted all my claim related documents 3-times and still, their online status shows " Not Received".
They delayed my claim process for 3.5 months.
My PNB housing loan bank declared NPA & sent me legal notice for not able to pay EMI and they want to acquire my only house.
Then ICICI Lombard rejected my job loss claim which was due to COVID-19 lockdown for no genuine reason.
I have friends who say the same thing, they are rejecting most job loss claims which were due to coronavirus.
They lied on their website about 99% claim approvals.
Now we are suffering.
What's the point of taking 1.1 Lakh ICICI Lombard insurance when they keep rejecting in the real-time of need.
Customer service on phone and email, never helpful, or provide proper answers.
I regret taking Lombard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear Lombard I feel Ashamed to be your Customer, your guys doesn't work properly, they only work for money to pass the claim, if you can't pay any extra money they will reject the claim as everything is in their hand.... ICICI LOMBARD ARE ONLY MADE TO MAKE FOOL PEOPLE.... TOTALLY FROUD COMPANY PLZ DON'T BUY LOMBARD POLICY

I'm taking follow up every day for claim purpose, they respond every time same that "We appointed a call for you, they'll get back to you within 48 hrs" OR "We're escalated/highlighted your case for concern dept, they'll call you within 48 hrs"
From last 4 Months, I'm consistently been touch with them
But I didn't get any response from them
Till Now
They just stretching my case longer than usual Unnecessarily
Even after several mails regarding my complaints NO RESOLUTION till date
And no commitments from them, about claim
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ICICI LOMBARD
And
At a time of Purchase of Policy,
My Advisor (Ashish Ambre from ICICI Lombard, Ghodbunder Branch of Thane) didn't said that this policy will not cover disease "Hysterectomy",
Accidentally my mom suffering the same nowadays
And now when i forwarded my cashless details to my hospital and they raised a Request
But @ICICI Lombard team Rejected that Request by tagging the Rejection Reason
But in the other hand, If policy holder do the same mistake about Pre Existing Illness, they reject that case immediately.
If an Insurance Company do mistake, then what we've to do.
And One major issue is,
As i declared my dad's pre existing illnesses
They not mentioned in my Policy Kit,
Due to that reason, my all reimbursement claims and other Claims got Rejected due to their mistakes
And

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a corporate building for ICICI Lombard. Great employees and company is growing at great pace. backed up by parent company ICICI Bank. Now it's a no.1 private general insurance company in India. Recently has acquired Bharti Axa, so the giant has become even bigger. Its corporate office, at Prabhadevi was recently renovated (pics attached). New office looks like any Multi National Company. Employee friendly. Few Good HR initiative has kept the company floating above. However, being a Indian company, it has miles to cop up to in terms of JD culture and professionalism. They have a good talent source, hired from top notch b schools like IIM who are frustrated due to menial and clerical work.
