★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As compared to other health insurance I find this very quick and easy only 1 thing I don't understand every claim you need to manually submit photocopy where it can be accepted as a scanned originals on email or a portal as its a tedious task to go and submit the documents everytime you have to settle a claim.
