★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues with space, locality, ambience and service. Reason for low rating is employees don't respect time.. office opening time was 9:30am. We reached by 9:40am. Surprisingly none of the staff members were present. We had to wait till 10:10am for them to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pleased you to take good offers, and they will also also say that even during blocking period you can withdraw the money. But in reality it doesn't happen even if you are having serious issues where u need that money.
Moreover their mail states that you can't withdraw the money but you can enjoy the benefits. I didn't understood what that really mean.
I mean come on if you can't use your own money, then how can we enjoy it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is now become like another non private office, where there is very lean staff during the pandemic times. However, the counter staff for the customer service support are very slow in assisting customers with questions and resolving issues.
In between all the delay, there are staff members from the inhouse sales team, who try and walk customers through buying new product's. It's the wrong time to be making sales with such weak strength, while others are waiting for their turn.
There is inadequate sitting arrangements and staff from the office on calls most of the time, speaking in loud tones and trying to resolve other customers issues, which sometimes involve mentioning things that are supposed to be only for internal audit and not for general public.
Appreciate that the branch is trying to work on lean strength, but having said that, it's very poorly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud bank, pls don't trust them, your premium will be swiped off and they will say we have reversed, but will not give you any proof or evidences, later they will say we have received your amount and is applied to your policy. When you check your fund value is not applied. Don't trsut them , like I am struggling pls don't make any policies with them. They are know for fraud and scam
