Pralaya MIshra and Sujit are definitely the best icici people (or any bank personnel for that matter) I have come across in the past 20 years that I have been banking

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI Prudential Life branch office at Baramunda, Bhubaneswar is a well maintained office. The security guard was very polite and ensured compliance to COVID 19 protocol before entry into the branch premises. There was immediate response from a customer care executive who facilitated interaction with the concerned staff. The desired transaction was completed seamlessly and efficiently. It was a great experience to be in the branch. There is ample parking space in front of the branch which is a huge positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my last visit in month of May 20 there were less working staff. Though I had to wait for some time till my turn. The customer service staff acknowledged all my enquiries and promised me it is done and I could leave. ☹️☹️☹️
After more than one month when I came to know that same query was not updated in to their system and hence I had to pay the fine. Later once more visit I had to do again in sept 20 month to address. That time they told me some false story and promised to do it. Very sad. I belive during this pandemic time all the queries are to be sorted out by remote and customers are not welcomed to visit the branches only. People in the office must to understand the condition and help all their customers as much as possible.
