★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought Nexon XZ O Dark edition from Trupti. I booked it in Bermunda and got delivered in Patrapada. I was in a hurry to go to Pune so i was calling all the showrooms in Bhubaneswar. Luckily i got a call from Mr. Sandeep and Ms. Lopamudra that they have a same car which is coming. All my process went smoothly and they delivered the car to me in perfect time.
I was so frustrated with another dealer that they didn't provide me the car and i had booked that 3 months ago.
Thanks Trupti Motors and specially thanks to Sandeep and Lopamudra for the professional behaviour when i called on odd timings. Thanks for responding to all my queries.
10/10 will be my review!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normal car showroom. What I observed staff are friendly but their no is larger. Plenty staff are working to ensure that none of the customers are missed at any time! Ambience is not that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today became the first happy customer of Adventure persona. To Tell the truth the experience was a bit affected by this lockdown as it took a lot of time for the registration. But the experience with Trupti motors and specially with Mr Debasis was perfect. Starting from Booking ,test drive and today’s delivery at home, they took care of all the stuff without much follow up. Highly recommend Trupti if you are going for Tata car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales team is very good. The sales person Divyajyoti Bhuyan with whom my dealing is done is very professional and honest. The officer in account section Mr. Thapa is also very good, he has given much effort to get my vehicle registered with the new BH SERIES. One star less for their accessories installation team, they don't fitted the accessories in correct manner for which I had to go to their service centre after delivery.
Accessories department should be more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience really professional staff , service to customers was top priority, detailing of vehicle before delivery was done with experienced staff, really they made our day and was an experience of life time, and Madam Monalisha who was executive attached with us since day of trial till delivery was very friendly and left no stone unturned for our hassle free delivery and made the experience a memorable one ,also Ms Swarna who was with us for accessories also was very cordial.
Trupti auto has a great team and experience with them is really great , thank you trupti auto team specially monalisha madam and her team .
Highly recommend with 5 ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my nexon from this showroom. The sales executive Ms Asma was very helpful in every step of booking to delivery. Had it not been loss of price protection by tata, i would have been cent percent happy. But still i am completely satisfied with their behaviour and service. After getting my car, my door malfunctioned within a day. So i called them up and she was quick to refer me to Mr imran, workshop manager. He himself came to my place with him team and replaced the faulty part. Mind you, my place is 300 km from bhubaneswar. His whole team was very helpful. Earlier i was not sure of sales and service of tata. But now after meeting these wonderful persons, Ms Asma and Mr Imran ,i am now quite confident and proud to own a tata.
