★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They behave more like a typical government agency: poor communications, disorganized processes and very burocratic in nature. If a task can be done in 1 short (10 lines) email it will take 6-7 long emails back & forth. They can not even mention all documents required for a task in one single email. Sevaral phones, 2-3 emails and 2 visits produced a list of documents required for signature update!!. The "basic checklist" is a minimum one would expect from a private company. These are comments about administrative, non financial staff and processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had earlier posted about their excellent commitment to customer service and after my Dad's policy units got transferred to my name, I wanted to redeem those units. When I spoke to Ms Swetha (the front desk person) on phone, she herself initiated the transaction immediately and even followed it up to see that the amount gets credited to my account and that too on the said date. I have no words to express the speed at which they work and also a very polite way of dealing with their customers. Hats off to Ms Shwetha and their ICICI Prudential MF team and I wish them success and a great life ahead. In short, the people working there are ASSET to ICICI and also to the investors. Am short of words to express my gratitude to them. Thanks.
