★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for housing loan which got rejected by them because my civil score was bad and my wife was good even though I showed my entire credit report....but processing feed paid to their employee Syed was not refunded....he stopped picking calls and very worst service since only the manager works and remaining all just don't remain in their seats and always eating or gossiping.....I got my loan approved thru HDFC bank in 20 days whereas SBI took nearly 3 months to reject my loan...careless attitude who don't give value for customer or money....I think better to make their retirement age as 50 and put some useful young people for work....very big cheaters....fit for nothing old fellows...HDFC 1000 times better since their person came to my home collected all documents and did all formalities and finished the loan processing in 20 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the people whoever I dealt with, a little change in the comments I guess. But the woman at the clearance counter was too rude. I understand banking ain't an easy job. But then you need to be polite and have patience when dealing with customer. A bad experience because of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a worst customer service ever iv seen. The female who is in account opening counter is totally waste and very hash & rude with customers. They make people wait a lot n den say not possible or come later. I don't even want to give 1 star.
