Can give minus -1 for wasting my 2 months for home loan transfer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had applied a home loan balance transfer with their branch which was rejected for stupid reasons. Customer service pathetic they will never get back to you with an update till you call them. Now am awaiting my refund which was promised to be received in 5 days and still not come. When spoke to the representative I was just told please wait And when I told them I will file and FIR their response was even if you file and FIR it's of no use. Humble request to all whoever will read this review kindly do not have any relationship with this bank I had a very different perspective about this bank never thought that this is the flipside of this global bank. They are known to give false TAT for refunds you literally have to beg for your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying from the last about 1 year by E Mail and personal contacts w.r.t. Personal loan OTS. No response. No of agents/outsourced people repeatedly call and disturb me I being a Sr Citizen and they did not give any positive information to solve the problems. Even the Toll free one lady gave some suggestion and again no response & they show the ignorance about the earlier discussions. Even no queries answered to my letters addressed to the HSBC.

Customer support executives asked me to visit the bank and the bank staff asked me to call customer support as they don't have enough information to help me.
My problem is still not resolved 26 days after raising the first complaint. Planning to close my account as soon as I am able to open another salary account.
Feels like another government bank in India.
