★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aadhar card generation services offered at this Branch is useless.I ended up wasting my precious time twice.even after the enrollment ID is generated there seems to be no track of it in the aadhar portal.plz don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far this is the worst banking experience I had in many years. The representative named 'Rajesh' doesn't seem to care anything about the issue except trying to sell their other products. Once the account is opened after that they don't care about things at all. Horrible horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are not trained well. Not aware of their own products mentioned in their website. They need to work on the attitude too. Unlike other banks DCB don't allow to open an account without local address ID proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever prefer this bank i am here to open OD against gold and it was horrible experience.
I reached bank at 3.30 and now time is 7pm but still they have not processed my application and they are telling that it will take another 30mins and here there is a guy called gowri shankar he is killing the time but not working and the way he treat customer is not good he is very rude towards customer and very careless.
Its better to avoid this bank instead of wasting your time.
Excellent TAT by DCB Bank 3.30pm to 8pm keep up the same.
