Thank god ! i dont have to deal with ICICI prudential noida daily..even if it was once in a month i would have vanished by now.Once a year i visit the branch to pay premium for my policy.at the netrance itself i was made to wait for security guard to collect the token.Seeing me waiting lady asked me as to why i was standing,when i said i am asked to collect token she asked me to come inside.I was then informed servers are down and will need three hours to get functional.I was given contact number which i later contacted.I was then asked to txt my policy no. as i wanted to know how much the policy sum has grown since in the entire year i dont receive any correspondence at all from them.Post sending the policy number no response was received to which i waited and waited.Finally i called the lady and she said she has not checked her phone BTW this was after trying her number n number of times she was approachable.She asked me to hold and disconnected should say "banged" the phone on me...I was amazed but i again tried calling her up which she disconnected.It is so very interesting to see how ICICI prudential treat their customers that too who connect with them just once a year.I would seriously advise not to hold any policy with this specific branch.rgds babita bhatt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to connect with Barakhamba Road, Delhi office. No information for direct investments, redemption, portfolio status of its performance. No relationship Mgr.with Mob.no.to resolve issues. Trying to shift the folio/close because of poor response.
