Untrustworthy courier I have come across. Intentionally they mislead the customers though they know it it clearly many products can not be couriered simply to get the charges we pay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family visited the ICL Vijayawada on 22.09.2021 and asked to send the approximately 30 kg packet to Germany. My family asked for few questions about shipment
1. The receiving party have pay the customs duty or not and the answer was no by the ICL employe, but I paid 83 euros (Rs. 7300) for the packet.
2. The ICL did not declare the items well, thats why I paid the customs duty.
3. The packets packets were opened by the ICL staff in the absence of the deposited person and again sealed by their plasters.
4. Packed arrived two weeks after shipment and was struck in the german customs.
5. Made lot of afford to get the packet from the customs.
They were just trying to get their business and does not have proper information of the shipment and the custom regulations of different countries. Please be-aware of while sending or receiving the packets from India through ICL Vijayawada.
