They even don't lift calls and turn on unknown number blocking.
How do public get the information regarding the courier services if they are behaving lije they are not accountable to the customers for their deliveries?
Disgusting and irritating management behavior.
Don't take services from them.

And the most annoying part is, they won't pick up the call and no one is interested in talking to customers.. everything depends on luck.. if you get your parcel, you are lucky otherwise that's it.have to loose hopes..
