★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) When customers come to buy laptops if conversation exceeds 15 minutes they charge 150 rs fee
2) when i went to buy laptop they showed me old laptops
3) They don't provide any warranty and guarantee.... whenever You buy laptops from here you should tell them to give in written format for warranty and guarantee
4)They are rude speakers...First they will speak politely then after conversation they start to judge the people (ie he will not buy just wasting my time)
5) for servicing i would rate 4 star .....( Good service men at backyard of icon computer)
6) i would suggest the icon computer never judge the customer and speak politely whether they are buyers or non buyer's
7)I would suggest not to buy laptops from icon computer but for servicing you can take to service men ( backyard of icon computer)
8) last but not least After the taking laptops they don't care
I am not promoting or demoting any shop,any retailer. This is my sincere review about buying laptops from icon shoppe
