And disputing very much . By conversation with them i understamd they hve no knowledge about repairing mobile. Pls go other place

Gives very bad service, my mi 5a Mobile have motherboard problem it restarting automatically. But this care staff. Change charging slot and make bill 700 rs ... And when time comes to handover my mobile to me that time I told them to Start my mobile ... But same problem exist ... And then they told problem can't be resolve and it has motherboard problem . It means they not check my mobile properly and waste my 3 days in care.
In this 3 days I observed , staff not speak with allcustomers proffessionally including me . I take minimum 17 customer reviews they all are unsatisfied from service and staff.
I requested to mi to change staff otherwise

The staff here is also well qualified and helps you out in every possible way to get you rid of problem associated with your MI phone.

But when Internet is down, they are not able to work on time. They need to find backup for internet. Mobile is imp for everyone. And no one ready to wait for more than a day.
But Mr. oza is polite & repaired my phone which is completely dead.
