They gave me a report stating my kidney is failure..
Creatinine level abnormal ...
The pathologist who checks the report and signs is a worst neglecting so called Dr.Jayaprakash HT..
He has passed MBBS by bribe I think
Negligence staff and CEO..
No body visit this lab...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend this place for any of your requirement. Pathetic reports, with 99% false readings, front desk pathetic service. Prices are being raised every now and then by almost 70%(yuck), if prices on the show board is Rs. 500, they are charging Rs. 1000, if asked regarding this no response from staff and arrogance statement saying we are not forcing you to get the tests done here you can visit some other near by diagnostics???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just say that they should put a "HANDICAP NOT ALLOWED" sign on the front gate. The doctor nor the nurse have the least bit of concern regarding their patients. Worst of all they are a recognised centre by LIC, STAR ALLIANZ insurance companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly managed place and have old age equipment, in year 2022 alo, they use an analog weighing scale. Also they ask for signing the blank medical form which is not an ethical practice. They give appointment for 7.30am in and till 10am no tests will be conducted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, never visit this place for any tests.
Recently I called here to know if they do ECG and they gave an appointment and the doctor who conduct the examination was 2 hrs late.
There were quite a few people who were waiting for the same much before me.
* Un-courteous staffs
* Though there are patients waiting in the lobby, receptionists and staff was speaking in very high voice scolding someone in local language
* when asked for whereabouts of the doctor they kept on saying “Doctor is in some signal”
* Staff don’t know how to receive and talk to Sr Citizens
* Place is just a house converted to a lab - which is fine, but maintenance is too bad.
* look at the dust bin which is just half a meter distance from the place where they take blood sample
* Mr. Naveen - so called CEO need to fix these things, especially the attitude of the staffs attending patients
