We have been getting our regular checkups from Anand Diagnostics at Shivajinagar. They used to set us camps in our company and do a great job. As a result, I also took my wife to Shivajinagar a few times for checkup. Recently we wanted to try the home sample collection and booked for the Neu Vita Plus package that costed Rs 2500/- per person. A lady came and collected samples and we were supposed to collect the reports from Basaveshwarnagar outlet. It took longer than expected, and once we knew that the reports are ready, I collected them from them.
When I came home, I realised that the print quality was very bad and illegible, and to my surprise, my reports were all for ‘female’! I called the Basaveshwarnagar outlet and request them to change my reports, but they said it can be done only at Shivajinagar. I called Shivajinagar, explained the problem and requested them to change my reports, but they said that I need to send a mail to their enquiry. I wrote a mil to them on 31st December 2021 and sent a reminder on 4th January 2022. So far, there is no reply from them, and my test reports went waste.
Once upon a time Anand Diagnostics was good. With expansion and creation of more franchisees, it has lost its quality completely.
