★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubi is probably the worst bank. The service is very poor. Though the premises are decent, you still feel like you're in a old govt office. The staff are dumb and lazy. The women are always gossiping and don't care about the customers. If you, by mistake have an account here, kindly close it and go to a better bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In case you visit this bank for any service , they say the server is down and ask us to come some other day.
They asked us to come after 2.30 pm and even then they said there is no network !
Complained to the bank manager and he was able to give us the bank pass book done. How come the net work worked now ?
The staff are busy , don't know what but seemed to be lazy and uncorporative . Bad attitude. Like some old govt office !!
