Very bad Behavior of Staff with patients.
And Even after fixing the appointment, the patient is still heavily weighted, And the patient is waiting for two- two hours even after taking the appointment.
No action is taken even after the director is supplemented.
even at the time of covid-19, there are four to five patients in the "gynec" cabin and doctors do not take any action and do not take preconceptions While checking the patient.
Washrooms remain dirty
very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with the hospital. Very simple people in the staff and no show off. The charges are quite reasonable . I did not see such transparency when you go with insurance. Billing department is very cooperative and submissive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management very poor. Every time waited for more than an hour for gynaecology OPD in covid pandemic. Even I have to wait for more than two hours. No prior appointment for OPD. Hospital should work towards minimum rush during this pandemic. But Hospital doesn't care of it. Although Dr mam behaviour good towards patients but it doesn't matter as Management so poor. Suggest not to visit this hospital if U have not enough time to waste.

Very time taking procedure
OPD - 2-3hr minimum
Admission- 3hrs minimum
It feels like we are in some government hospital.
Doctor are not ready to meet relative even before surgery. Very much disappointing
Better try other hospitals.

One of the reputed hospital of our city Nagpur I.e. Icon hospital Bharat Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra has given the wrong diagnosis with my wife.
As per the writing statement of ICon Hospital, NMC Reg.no-982Nagpur Maharashtra.
The owner of Hospital Dr. INDRAYANI HATWAR made a statement that she is not finding left overy in Sonographyas well as she asked to the patient (my wife) that "is she have any prior problem with her kidney?" Couse she was found some kidney like structure instead of left overy in Sonography.. this is all about on dated 25/09/2021 and today i.e. (27/09/2021)we go for a second opinion we get done one more checkup with another gynecologist, one more Sonography is get done on my wife and the doctor found everything with respect to the left overy and kidney is absolutely fine.
Now we have two Sonography reports
* one is showing left ovary not seen.
* another one is showing all is well
My concern is it should not happen further as well as the mentioned doctor must apologized for the incident as she not a radiologist and she is giving clear cut wrong Sonography reports to the patients.
Please avoid this Hospital
