★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store in itself is excellent. They have an amazing collection of clothes for both men and women. However, the staff are way too interfering. I appreciate their efforts for giving us the best they can but pushing someone to try on something that they do not like and pursuading them to buy even if one is clearly disinterested is too much! They might be doing thier job, but on an honest note, they invade your space and your shopping experience as well. It is very suffocating to have 3 sales people breathing down your neck trying to sell you stuff that you dont want. Even asking them to give you some space does not help! Totally ruined my mood and excitement for a shopping spree. Not cool, Iconic. If anything, I'm not gonna recommend this particular store to anyone. There are other Iconic stores that are likely to give a you far far better shopping experience.

Surprised by the staff behaviour though, they have moody days- either they will be breathing down your neck or they are too damn busy on their mobile phones. Strange bunch of people, in short bad customer experience to a decent store.
