★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun fact : this is not a single store. Every individual salesperson is a separate entitiy.
Story : So I went to this store, and bought one jeans. The sales girl gave it for alterations and asked us to wait for 40 minutes. The manager said he will give us a call one the alteration is done. We kept on roaming for 1 hour 30 minutes. Frustrated, we went to the store only to find out that the salesperson was not there. When we asked the person present there, he said we were attended by another sales girl and he is not liable for her actions. This is when I realised that there are separate individuals in this store, selling individually. Thanks for the information. I will try not to visit there again. Cheers
