★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raymond it is like a brand for men suiting and shirting. This shop at MGF mall has good collection and the support staff is also nice. They help to make you final decision on your clothing and as they come to know your taste they will show case you items meeting your expectations. I feel the tailoring and stitching can be improved a bit though. They should also start using all types of credit cards as well.

Third class experience... u can't even think of a brand like Raymond..
people out there have no sense how to deal with valuable customers..
I went out there to purchase suit for my office, but the ready-made available was not within my budget so I decided to walk out.. but the salesman came and asked about my budget which was 15k.. He told that same will be done.. I asked him to please re-confirm since the readily available were too high.. He confirmed and showed me the fabric, I and my wife reconfirmed with him about that fabric..
Only one week later after I weared I went out there and told the salesman including the tailor and head over there, that this shirt is not upto that quality as after wearing the creeze get spread throughout that if you don't wear blazer you can't even think to wear it... secondly, after first wash it started bubbling.. thirdly, i have stitched 3 trousers, out of 3, 1 was totally short that the moment u wear all can see your socks.... Ridiculous!!
After this, they again did stitching of blazer and that trouser but they denied to do anything on fabric.. what they said to me was a utter nonsense that I should have purchased a high end fabric.. I was like what are you talking about..
If you knew it that you can't serve people within a budget of 15k then why the hell did you committed....
NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service of Tailoring department of Raymond Triton showroom I have given 2 pants for stitching with a sample paints and instruct tailor few times increase the length by 1/2 inch but with surprising note when u receive deliver he has follow not my instruction ...worse service.
