★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and slow bank the cheque deposited in the bank will take 3 to 4 days to clear.i have experienced this in 2 Idbi branch one at khar and other at andheri Lokhandwala branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They very rarely pick up calls. They need to be educated that not all customers can walk in all the time. They don't have alternative numbers too. Also, their attitude and communication is very un-professional. Big time thumbs down :-(
