★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It homes UIDAI fascility but for getting token, you will have to stand in the queue from 5 am to get the token at 10 am, which is cumbersome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for Aadhar update. First thing he comes late around 10.45. And secondly he said aadhar tocken will be available after 16 October. i.e. around 25 days later. Worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely useless place. Lazy staff. Came here at 10:45am to update an Aadhar Card. Was made to wait till 3:00pm. At 2:50pm bank employees said they were taking a lunch break. At 3:15pm again the same employee said he was taking a lunch break. Useless, lazy staff. Absolutely no work ethics and 0 value and respect for customers. During our entire duration at the bank, the same employee incharge of Aadhar Cards was wasting him time wandering around the office, eating, washing his face, spitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDBI is located near Zensar Kharadi. Environment is not so good. Bank is not so cleaned and not well managed. Furniture and seating arrangements are worst. Atm not working, unable to activate new atm for new users. At the end we are waiting for service..
