Reddys PG Gents and Ladies Near WTC - Pune

P. G's are well maintained and services are quite appreciable..

Reddy hotel very neatly maintained and breakfast and food are really good.

I stayed here for more than 1 year. Quick and Good service.

This PG is good just for start living and from south indian culture perspective. newly opened so infrastructure are in good conditions.

This pg does not deserve even 1 star.. personal experience is try out another pg there are many pg around. Please don't stay in this pg... Pathetic owner and food...rooms are also not clean...

After searching for 3 4 pg in same locality. I just shifted here a month ago. It's one of the best PG here. Reasonable Rent and deposit. Just get your laptop and clothes rest all is available here. The main Road is just at 2 min walkable distance, Which ,by the way is a Very Happening place. 15 mins walkable distance from WTC ,Eon IT park. I walk to work everyday. Uber/ ola easily available from here. Reliance smart 5 mins walkable distance for daily essentials. 24 hrs Wellness forever medical 3 mins walking distance ( better location and far more better then zolo) Wifi,water, electricity, washing machine, fridge common available 24 hrs. Lift, CCTV security , gated living. TV is also there. Good Parking space Food is Quite good as compared to others. They give eggs on a week day and Mr Happy makes Mind blowing chicken and paneer on Sunday. (must try) The best thing is you get A room which you can share with 1 more girl. Washroom is also attached and to be used by you and your roomate only. plus the room has a small dry balcony and washroom is outside the room so no bad smell in the room you live. washroom has window for ventilation. if one roomate is not there you get full privacy the whole room to yourself. Maid comes to clean the room as well as washroom everyday. it's not 2bhk system where there is no privacy and 6 to 7 ppl stay in one apartment & use same toilets. Right now due to covid only 2 ppl in one room I like this system. yes 3 ppl can be bit congested but then you can pay more to go for a double sharing or only single sharing room it's upto you. Mr Reddy and his staff is very professional. Hard working and polite. Overall good hospitality. if you are new in east pune, joined here for work/college nearby this is a place to crash in, give this place a try for a month or two. rest is upto you. Above all how comfortable your stay will be here totally depends on kind of roommate you get. #PureLuck. if poss, Try to move in with a friend for comfortable stay. otherwise people are good here, all working profesionals or students, well educated crowd. boys here mind their own business so no worries at all. only Advice : if u dnt like hard pillow, get soft pillow n your personal blanket/comforter the Pandemic has not been good to the pg business . After pandemic they have upgraded and trying their best to serve you. so kindly pay your rent on time as lot of families are depend on it. support small business like how you support big celebrities and business who don't know you exist. note: if you expect services like Hilton/JW Mariott then go to Hilton/JW Mariott.

It's OK to stay here. Owner of the Mr. Sudhakar Reddy is very polite. The water comes 24x7, no power outage issue. Just the food is not that good. Breakfast is superb in 6k budget.
