★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDBI Bank and particular this branch is worst service. The Branch Manager and staff of this branch are pathetic service provider. In a month more than 20 days there printer for passbook entry and ATM machine is closed. For the basic service and issues it take them more than months to solve them. There is no coordination between the employees of the branch and between there regional and trade finance department and all the employees are not at all interested in work and some employees do not have basic knowledge of banking highly unskilled staff no knowledge at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to Idbi atm because half the time the atm is close due to repair and stuff.i have an account in Idbi and whenever I come here to withdraw half the time it’s out of order due to some or the other reason and then I use other bank atm and pay 24/- rs withdrawal charges.
