The State bank of India is one of the largest banks in india... it is state owned and hence the service matches the state they are in. I guess hence state bank of india.
The staff is helpful and intelligent. Most of my questions are answered sometimes slow, but they do sort your problem from the core!!
Many complain about the bank, but many prefer this bank over the multinationals!!
