★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service... Called for a medicine... On urgent basis ... Took more than an hour to deliver even though we are 2 buildings away ... Called around 5 times to enquire about the status and each time they said will reach in 2 minutes... Had they been honest and said it will take time , we would have picked it ourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery took over an hour and each time I kept calling and telling it's an emergency please send asap...the distance was just 5mins walking...yet they never bothered to Inform the delivery would take time. Also, the delivery boy came drunk !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service ! I live a few meters aways from Liberty Chemist in Malad. I ordered a few medicines at midnight for my mother and these guys didnt deliver it at all despite me calling them twice. I called them again the next night and they took over an hour to deliver to a location that is just a few meters away from their store. I wonder how their service would be if a person places an order during the day. Never ordering anything from Liberty Chemist ever. Wellness Forever are better and more responsible than these guys !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Can't be relied upon for quick delivery of medicines. Average delivery time is 1.5-2 hours and that too after repeated reminders. Advice to management- If you are not willing to send medicines on time, don't give false hopes to patients of timely delivery and remove this service from your portfolio as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had ordered for some medicines at 11:36 p.m. and it's 1:46 a.m. and they're still clueless about the delivery.. I called them around 12:40 to enquire about the status... the person who received the call told me that they don't have enough staff and that they'll be delivering in an hour.. I called them again by 1:21 and their mobile was turned off.. when I called on their landline, they're still telling that they need 20 more minutes which is over already...
Pathetic service.. I am not able to go out n buy medicines or else would have never placed an order from their shop. Wish I could give them minus rating.
