★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are request for our documents of home loan which is completed in Dec 2018 they are not giving back our documents till date we are wasting our time in brach who is responsible for that. Bank employees including Manager are not helping for this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is to bad everything is delayed and staff are like they are sitting in garden and not responding to customers I haven’t seen this type of staff in my whole life and if there is any mistake happen by staff then only they debate with customers that the mistake was customers . As per rbi rules banking time was till 5pm but this branch makes his own rules of 4pm they closes cash counter at 4 pm and then only talks with customer rudely say you didn’t understand what’s time now you are coming for depositing the cash
