★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent ferry service to and fro,Bombay to Mandwa Jetty. Buses plying from Alibaug to Mandwa included in the ticket. A 90 minute ride to get there, with lower and upper deck seating. The quickest way to travel this distance, closed during the monsoon though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average fairy experience average price and average travelling time. Enquiry service are very bad if you want better experience then try PNP or maldar ferry. After ferry services are also not that good (bus service).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apollo catamaran ferry tickets ...we purchased from gateway ticket counter on 11th January 2020 for our ferry of 7.45am and because of big queue(as it was sat weekend) we could not go inside dat ferry and went in another ferry which came after ..and the next was of Maldar Catamaran and than what... they are not ready to accept this already purchased tickets from the counter and we had to buy again from inside ferry .....GUYS PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FRAUD AS WE HAD TO LOOSE OUR 7 TICKETS MONEY .... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE TICKETS INSIDE FERRY..... DO NOT TAKE TICKETS FROM ANY COUNTER THEY MIGHT NOT GIVE YOU FULL TICKET OF FERRY OF ANY1 FROM THIS i.e FERRY ,BUS SERVICE(from mandwa jetty to alibaug) AND CUSTOMER COPY RECEIPT ETC...THEY ARE RUNNING FRAUD AND WHILE LOT OF CROWD SPECIALLY DURING WEEKENDS........WE DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN WITH OTHERS AS WHAT WE WENT THROUGH AND I DONT KNOW WITH HOW MANY IT HAD HAPPEND ALREADY .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience with them.After reaching Mandwa we missed our bus.we had to wait for the next bus for almost 1 hour . When the bus came the guy in the bus said you are not the 1st priority you will be going in the bus in the last. Which was very rude of him.
Paying the full amount qnd not getting a good service is very rude of him.
Also they have only one bus for alibaug from mandwa. So if you are traveling make sure you dont miss it.
