★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passbook printing machine is in not working conditon or the authorise person may suffer from ill to accident leave and so on things.... you can not get passbook print. Such big bank branch but they can't utilize there man power to such imp things. No one print your passbook in the absence of that person and the authorised person may take leaves on months to months.. still no body helps you from branch to print your passbook

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited bank 3 times within 2 months to link Aadhar Card with Bank Account. Everytime submitted required documents and I was told that it will be done within 3 days, 6 no.of Months passed nothing happened.
It's better not to visit branch.
Staff shows that busy with heavy work load.
Suggestion to IDBI : Close this Branch.
