★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called on the number and asked regarding Aadhar enrollment. It was replied to me that it belongs to Baghpat not Yamuna Vihar. I think the man replied me wrong knowingly and there is clear disowning of duties by the concerned number holder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch consist majority of female staff, whose behavior is not client friendly. they have tendency to delay or misguide their customer. Certain time they necessarily shout on illiterate people. Rather focusing on work, they usually found to do chit chat at bank working hours.
In real incidence, when i visited for passbook printing she first inform time schedule for printing passbook. next time i visited on time she has excuse to please visit next time as she has other urgent work. when i visited next time after long time say 4-6 month, she first denied to print as i had no. of entries pending, and after various debate she printed my passbook roughly and skip 2-3 months entries.
The Manager of Branch should manage this branch efficiently and need to overlook day to day affairs of branch also..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my 1st day in Bank. I have to deposit some amount of another branch.
1st cashier has declined to deposit my cash due to bank instructions but Bank Managar has allowed the same after requesting and also the staff was very polite including security guard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied on 14 March to open an account in this branch. They told me it takes 3-4 days to open an account. I provide them cheque for initial funding. I went to bank again after 6 days because my account was not opened. They told me that your account will open on monday. But today is Wednesday, 23rd March, till yet my account is not opened. I will have to visit idbi branch again to take my money back. Now i don't want to open my bank account in this bank. Worst service, i have not enough time to waste and visit bank again and again.
