★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer call takes long and does not go to the concerned customer service executive. My father has to walk down the branch everyday for checking the status of his account. The service provided by the bank officials is very poor. The customer service number has been used to forcefully advertise products of the bank and the desperate customer has to wait long on the call before his complaint can be resolved. A simple phone call that is addressed immediately would be of much help. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not safe to use ATM at IDBI bank. As security guard seats inside the ATM. He don't allow people to complete transection and during transection he calls other people inside. Even ignoring covid -19 safety measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bopal - Worst branch ever !!! Ladies working as cashier and fd department are forcing and threatening to put money in their branch. Even they did all the drama and clearly said if you don't put FD in our branch we won't do your work!!! Pathetic attitude. Filing a complaint against them for harassment.
