Extremely poor customer service Bank issued old, soiled, torn and badly damaged Rs50 bundles and when I went to return after some days, I was given the runaround instead of being apolegetic a) when did you take it? why didnt you come earlier? why didnt you check before taking? and what not... when I got irritated they started threatening me and showing the rule book! One official even claimed this is not taken from this branch!! When clearly on the unopened bundle seal it was written "IDBI oshiwara"!! Then he says if you get bad notes, come and exchange it..as if I have no other business to do?! Will bank pay for my commute and time I waste?! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life ever.. Even the Manager had a totally non-apolegetic attitude and just kept blaming me for all this!! First, why is the bank giving damaged and torn notes (at least 20 of them) to customers? Second, why are they blaming the customer for it! .abysmal service

I recently started association with them The entire staff there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Also, they have adhaar centre there which very well organised. I highly recommend this location.

Worst worst worst worst worst worst worst Experience with IDBI Bank I have a education loan. And, the sales person give me this branch as a Home Branch as I am living far away I take a Branch Manager no. From customer care and had a word with them regarding my query they tell me the email to mark a mail to them I done from my end now it's seen 3 months down the line no one taken a intiative to respond after putting a lots of mail of reminder still not move. Aadhar experience is much better than other Aadhar service providers like Post Office, Govt office. People who are complaining about Service either have not seen to other Aadhar centers or they don't have patience.

I went for aadhar update by the given appointment on 5 th March and to my badluck the person in-charge was not well.. later got the appointment for 8th March .. I was waiting in the que and the couple comes with the child and is given priority by the branch just because they have good relations with the branch head.. utter nonsense... The brach investment banker was bloody rude to clarify that they are our customers and hence will be given priority.. and what about people who are waiting in the que.. I was with my child and I argued with him and justified what he was doing was ethically wrong. I did my aadhar update and left but though they were taken after my chance the couple was given priority after me... And others waiting in the line suffered. I was waiting almost for 2 hours to get my work done. The branch head was biased and the investment banker was utter nuisance, useless, and rude. Don't ever open an account in this branch atleast. ??

Happy to be idbi oshiwara branch customer from last 10 years . Friendly environment supportive staff and helped me in my every need . Manager of the bank is also very sophisticated and good nature respects customer .

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I went to get my Aadhar Card updated, the biometric machine wasn't working so I stood there for 35 minutes repeating the same action without any result! On asking why the machine cannot be replaced, one obnoxious employee asked me to pay for a new one myself. That person not only spelt my name wrong but was also disinterested in correcting it once pointed out by me. Overall, it was a complete waste of time, employees are neither helpful nor motivated. Please note, job is still not done.

Pathetic service be care full of this branch.I deposited my cheque after 8 days I went to ask them why my cheque is not cleared. I took my cheque back because they didn’t not have a valid reason that why they did not forward my cheque. And I had to wait for 20mints to find this out from them. And this has happened with me 2nd time. My last visit to any Idbi bank. Bye bye ? Idbi
