★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having terrible experience with idea furnitures. Terrible is not an apt word for them. It is even worse. Delivered bed in very bad condition. Its hydraulic part is not working. It is not fitted properly since all screws were not there with the fitting guy. Polish is terrible. And now facing problems with after sale service. Nobody is coming to improve this bad condition. And the guy there, only guy there who deals with the customers is rude , disrespectful and mannerless beyond your imagination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont buy from this store. Manpreet is a person who will not keep his words. I got my delivery in 2 months instead of 10 days that he promised. Issues with product quality as well. Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sellers are unprofessional, rude and never stick to commitments. They will try to sell with all fancy selling tricks, quoting good things about their product but in the end - delivery is delayed - 15-30days late, quality of the furniture is extremely poor- pieces of the furniture are falling off, delivery prices ever changing and increasing and the major issue is that the owners are so rude they won't accept any calls or otherwise if they pick up- will do false promises of a repair person coming and fixing it , who never comes.
It's been 2 months now, we bought a bed and a sofa set - costing around total 75k, but the services we got were not even worth a penny. Never ever would recommend the seller to any one.
Extremely disappointed.

We have given 10k advance money to Mr. Manpreet against 6 seater dining chair set which he was supposed to deliver on 4th March'21 but he failed to deliver on promised date & we visited his shop on 6th march to take the delivery then we got surprised as he tried to give us very inferior quality product to us & when we requested him to refund our money, he denied to refund our money & wanted us to buy another product.Till now, he has not refunded our money & completely cheated us.Don't recommend anyone to waste your hard money by visiting this shop.

I'm sure this furniture shop is just a facade for some illegal business that is running in the background. Stay away and stay clear of this shop and its good for nothing Sardar manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buying from Idea furniture was the biggest blunder.
Manpreet singh is the most ill mannered and nasty person i have ever met. He doesn't knows how to keep his words, nor he ever answers your calls after taking the advance money.
After hundreds of rounds to the showroom and feel like a beggar, we finally got our sofa, but the design was completely changed, and the quality was so pathetic that it broke while unloading only.
I would suggest everyone not to even go to check out the collection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there was a means of giving negative stars here. Worst worst worst experience with this liar called Manpreet. Such a liar, took over 2 months to deliver and it was such a waste of money. It was such a bad quality product.
Please don't buy from here. He is a fraud.
