★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys don't fool yourself this Diwali season with hypocrit shops like Manhattan!! They claim to have 4 showrooms with maximum customer base!! Apparently they couldn't deliver a normal sofa in 10 days and almost spoiled my festival!!! They are the biggest example of Over Commitment and under delivery!!! They promise to call you in 2 days after you place an order and then would be called to check if the furniture made is fine or not. But to my surprise no calls till 4th day and I realised it to call them for follow up. I was called after 7th day and sent back again stating the sofa will be delivered in 3 days and finally I took my money back from these creeps. Google should delist them as they are just a disgrace and nothing else!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied wid the sofa, cot and dining set . I bought and it was delivered on the same date committed by the staffs .. huge varieties of sofas , dining set and double cots collection .. even for more purchases I would prefer manhattan for their varieties of display

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud... 90% sale on furniture.... But rates are so high you can't imagine,. Sofa 3 lakh, bed 2 lakh etc. ... Furniture quality is very very poor.. don't waste time and money......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. What was promised was not delivered. More than a month delay in production and that too after daily follow ups. The quality of the bar unit delivered on site was pathetic. They delivered at 10:30pm at night and expected to fix the faults in paint and polish on a completely finished site at that time. Poor management and very inferior quality of work. Don't go by what's their in showroom as it is not made by them. They keep telling you we are sending a person to rectify and keep apologising but nobody turns up. Highly disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF THIS SELLER.
This is update after they returned my chairs two months after they had taken for repair. They once accepted for repair after four months of follow ups.
False promises and bad language used by owner when I followed up for return of my chairs. The owner got so angry that for once he even refused to return my chairs. And when they returned, the wood was broken, the cloth torn and marks of gum all over.
Original feedback:
Buy furniture at your own risk. I bought furniture very expensive furtinure including Dining table with chairs. Within few months one of the chair broke due to faulty design. It's been more than 2 months that chair is there with them and they don't bother to repair or return the chair. Further rest of the chairs are also going to break due to faulty design. There is stated guarantee of 5 years...but that is just namesake.
The owner boasts of excellent service at the time of sale and doesn't even bother to resolve the matter, return the call or reply to Whatsapp messages. There is absolutely no intention to solve the problem.
I am forced to give one star because that is lowest. They deserve minus points.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly visited most Showrooms in Delhi. Manhattan is one place where you get reasonable priced furniture and modern designs. They even invited me to their factory to see my sofa under production. Satisfactory I must say ! They even helped setting up a pillar cut in my sofa coz of the limitation at my house. Totally recommend this shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worthy, purchased leather sofa in 2019 Oct with foam and other guarantee. Leather used been cracked in 6 months (within warrantee). When issue reported with the team. They have denied to provide any support even paid service as well with statement that that factory stopped this sofa. Even guy was also very rude and said do whatever you can do... Very bad experience
