★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought furniture worth Rs 2 lakhs including 2 double beds and one sofa set 10 seater. Quality of sofa is worse and and its seat is pathetic plz don't buy anything from this shop they only give you false promises to rectify the things but it's just not happening plz ?boycott there items

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with most negative comments here. This shop is only sales centric & how they have tricked the customer in purchasing goods from them & then forget about your order!
I had purchased a basic sheesham wood 6 seater dining set & paid an advance of 5k in Nov end 2020 I received a different product in mid January 2021 post several follow ups. The table was different & from what was ordered & had several damages, cracks in their wood not acceptable post delay of 1.5 months! (photos attached).
Delivery charge 1500rs for 6kms away! Flipkart has better service/product faster free delivery & packaging for that that same table & cost!
When asked for your order their say they will check & get back but never do. They will make you beg for your product & don't refund the advance also. Make you stuck with them.
A sales person Dev only knows how to sell & nothing about interiors. Manav & others employees will play good cop bad cop with customers & show they working hard to solve your problems.
Don't go by the positive comments here, they are by their own people there.
Highly NOT recommended shop unless you want to beg for your hard earned money/product!

Initially it was little dicey situation since google reviews were not good,since we liked the product so we thought to give it a try.
Product quality and pricing is recommendable.
They ensure customer satisfaction and try to resolve even smallest of doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop, only Sales no service. From Old age owner to young team members / staff- all are perfect in procrastination & lying every day without even any shame. I bought almost each important stuff from their shop for my new house, so felt i am important customer but the way they are ignoring on service demand & insulting me by disconnecting my calls just because their shop is 50 Kms far from my place and i cant visit them easily, making me fool. If you buy something from here, please be prepare to create a scene on this shop post purchase if you need service, else they will make you fool & insult you every day until you give up but.... they will never give you. Think before you step up to this shop. They will be very sweet when you visit but post payment you would have great experience. BIG NO FROM MY SIDE... BURI TARAH FAS GAYA HUN ME...
This is the situation when i am dealing with Owner Mr. Sunil Gogia from last 4 months, Now you think when owner is like this, how staff would be.

Gave our room a new Look!
I bought Sofa set and Dining table from Unique Furnishers,I didn't felt any Ignorence towards services(As told by the Negative Reviews) the staff was polite didn't even hesitated for showing many options.
I will Suggest everyone to buy Furniture from this shop for Design , Looks , Sturdiness and Comfortableness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When purchasing furniture all felt good and nice but after you make Full payment before delivery they send you a unfinished product and on calling they just say ohh sir we are sending guy. The owner Mr. Gogia never reverts to your call , Manav Thakral is always out of showroom and says fake lines soo sweetly to just pass on the time.
Do not buy from here at any cost.
I screwed my 80K with unpolished and scratched onyxx marble table.
DO NOT BUY FROM here and Never make full advance payment, they take you for ride.
