Visited recently again. Staff has changed and are now more courteous and understanding than before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, i lost my phone 5 days back . Still i am waiting for my duplicate sim activation .i went to Idea store, salt lake -5, 3 times . Everytime they are making me fool by telling different reasons. i don't know whom this message will be addressed. But i totally feel cheated by those Idea executives . They are only killing time and money . Everytime, they ask for only money .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and frauds are there i want to replace the simple which was not chargeable and they charged ₹50 from main balance means you have to bear ₹60.. Just by showing you have lost the sim card..but i have still got the sim card..i will file a complain against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the whole experience in the store. The collection is nice and the salesperson who attended me was well informed and patient with me. The only thing that finally didn't click is that they didn't have many emi options. I got the 20K worth of phone the next day from some other store at Zero down payment.
Overall I think if I had cash to invest this store is a good option.
I must take the time to thank the sales person in the store for attending me so beautifully and suggesting me a nice set of advices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst so far. Two hrs wasted there for ISD connection to my VI SIM but operator could not do it.
Ultimately I left the Store and reached jio store and got New SIM with ISD facilities.It hardly took 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service provided was satisfied. Good and friendly assistants . Understand the casuse u have been there for. Solves the issue in no time. Well spaced environment for handling multiple customer service. Little difficult to locate from raod side. But yes GPS might help u out to locate the exact door! CHEERS.
