β β β β β Probably the worst place to work in Kolkata. I've worked there for 4-5 months, and even in that short period of time they stole my money, deducted half of my salary. All the team leaders, operation managers, HRs all are illiterate and don't even know how to behave with employees in a corporate environment. No matter how urgent it is, do not go for Teleminds, it's a suicide mission and they'll ruin your confidence and career.

β β β β β Hi There..! This is mousam kumar ram from Kolkata, topsia.accirding to me, Infotech Private Limited is a good company with good management and nice platform to learn overall. I got Better work culture, salary and good incentive on the time to time. ample scope of learn while I earn . I joined this Co. as a fresher, infact i was just like blank paper. Co. Provided me a short period of training which was really worst I didn't learn anything about process. But I have to admit that TL's are good ,they helped me to handle the customer along with quiries and any kind of situation.everyone is very polite and helpful even agent too.

β β β β β Hello I am gonna share my experience with you oll, I join the the company in year 23/12/2018,Interview was fine they provide 19k include PF ,I was happy ,So time goes as it is ,wake up early in the morning get into car provided by company &return back to apartment afternoon ,decent life routine ...........if I talk about environment was not too good its upto you&me organisation is not responsible I won't blame them....don't really afraid/care of ppl who act oversmart against whether directly or indirectly ,it's a rule of world if you're smart enough then for sure world is yours .....just remaining all apart ...On the day of interview when I enter to the reception I saw a wise lady she looks ? beautiful I don't really remember that we had conversation between, when I was in the floor after training, she roam here &there always which were a part of job of her ,we both use to look each other on a daily basis, my heart β€ begun more healthy than b4 it was ,one day I was singing over micro & headset in absence of Clint in low voice & I didn't had a clew some1 behind somewhere barging my call So ultimately Tom boy called me towards somewhere, at a she were also present there then Tom boy ask y? Then she warn me to not sing ?ahead but instead of pressure on my mind my heart feels good by thinking atlead I grt a chance to interact with her ...........I still have all those memories &I could feel at that time what going on to her soul when we look each other ....I want to join again same place due to her...........I wanna expose my queen but intact I just now came to know her name when I was looking for her picture in fb typing teliminds kolkata I only found 1 feed uploaded & some 1 comment at bottom by her name .....ADRITA

TL behavior was very harsh
At begining they use to promise that their will be a proper bond for 3 month
But at the beginning of after 20 days or 15 day they remove the fresher or experience agent
As if they didn't make sale ulto their target (very disgusting)
So i am requesting don't go to this company.

β β β β β Don't join this organization, it's a circus, if u want to really grow and want a stable job find something else, even if u don't have any job and going through a lot....then also don't join this pathetic place. Your TL will ask u to give 5star ratings bcz they also know the fact that or else they will not get salary on time or may be no salary.
If u still want to join this company god bless u.

β β β β β First we talk about the company the worst part is they cut your salary if you not achieve the target which very unfair Pople try their best to get a sale. They terminate you any time whithout pay. If you want to join here think before giving the interview. HR supurva mam and Hena mam is nice person here. If you have experience in sales then only join otherwise choose another option.

β β β β β I may be harsh towards this company, but it's fact which I'm gonna tell.. I worked with full efforts from my training period, they said if I crack my training period then they will provide 2000, but that Became Story, why.? Because I had some personal issue so I had to leave the company with proper Resignation, but they kept my salary on Hold, but that's all fake it's their planning to gobble up my few amount which I deserve from my Hardwork..Big Company but Narrow Mind people! Trusting them is of no use! Even if the company doesn't provide my salary no issue, I can think I gave it as a Charityβ€
