★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving one star because I have to! To be frank, I invested in this group after meeting them at MWC in Barcelona and I regret it. I had a simple project that we mapped out and had a very good project plan for. After continuous delays, and some very large language barriers, i thought we got back on track to the point that i prepaid my invoice to keep expenses in the fiscal year. I then had them scope and prepaid the NEXT project, which they collected and never started and refused to refund. I found out the technology didn't work properly and they would not fix it without adding additional cost. Due to the extreme language and understanding issues, I reached out to the CEO personally and he basically ignored me and then said they would not refund us even for work prepaid on the new project that was paid for and not undertaken. We finally had to write off the project and move on to an in house team. We tried, and they are just NOT a good shop and their leadership has very low integrity. Be careful!
