I bought a subscription with Regus which was active from 1st of November 2017; The subscription amounted to INR 4,118 per month, and I also paid a one-time retainer/deposit of INR 3,490 which is refundable. The subscriptions include access to their lounge area and the internet facility at their Sector V center, Kolkata; The subscription also included access to their day office for two days per month which could be booked through their online app; I was never able to book that through their app which was an error at their end as the app didn't have an option to do so. I missed one crucial detail before buying this subscription that their center allows lounge access from 7 am to 6 pm, and I have a need mostly during evening time, so the subscription is of no value to me. I decided to use the location one day which was the first day of me using the bought subscription; I went to use their offerings, but couldn't enter the building as the parking was full so decided against it and went to a coffee shop instead. I also felt disappointed with their approach and service; they contacted me so many times before me buying their subscription and didn't even care to give a welcome call or something where they educate me about how I can use the offerings. The only thing they bothered about was me buying a monthly subscription and linking a credit card for auto-debit payments; I am glad now that I haven't linked my card to their website then. In reference to the above-stated issues, I decided to cancel the subscription on 30th of November, 2017 which was the 30th day of my subscription activation date. I didn't use their offerings for even a single day and found their offerings useless. Here's the email I sent for the cancellation of the subscription with them. "I purchased the subscription last month and it was active from 1st of November but unfortunately I never ever stepped there to use the facility even for one single day; I guess the working hours is a big constraint on back of my mind and me being an IT guy, we prefer working after 6 pm. Please cancel my subscription and let me know what I need to do about it. This was a bad purchase where I got 0 value in return." They replied with the following two emails: First one, "We regret to inform that the request for termination of contract was not accepted as mid-term cancellations are not permitted ( refer to 1.4 CANCELLATION Clause in Terms and Conditions of your agreement with Regus). However be rest assured no further bills will generate on your account but the Outstanding bills needs to be cleared. A total outstanding of INR 8,237 is pending on your account. (pls refer to SOA and Invoices due attached herewith) Net payable amount post deduction of Retainer Amount (INR 3,490) is INR 4,747. Below is your final O/s summary : (invoices attached for ref.) Total O/s = INR 8,237 (-) Retainer held = INR 3,490 Total Net O/s = INR 4,747 Net Total o/s payable = INR 4,747 Sincerely request you to pay the net o/s charges of 4,747 INR to avoid reporting to collections We have forwarded your request for termination as per your tentative date 28th February 18." Second one (I think this one is from collection), "Dear Sir/Madam, We repeatedly attempted to contact you but we were unable to reach you. This is to confirm that You are in breach of its agreement with Regus and currently owes an outstanding balance of INR 45,300.40. We have initiated legal proceedings in respect of your breach of agreement and will report your total outstanding balance to a credit bureau if you do not get in touch with us without delay. They never answered any of the issue that didn't allow me to use their services and are only asking for money.

I have changed my Review from 5 Stars to 1 Star which I would still consider Generous! Cheaters and Liars! They take Retainer Deposit but they will never refund the Full Amount back. They will try to smuggle out any amount of money they can and deduct it from your Retainer Deposit without any intimidation or clarification. No explanation would be given and false promises would be made. Its been almost 2 years since they promised me they would return me the dues to no avail! They still owe me more than Rs27000/-. Ohh funny thing is they charge you around 13000/- for Business Continuity! :D Talk about Irony! And they never ever mention this once while signing the contract! Just stay away from them if you dont want to lose your money.

The place is really a awesome looks but the price is pretty over hiked . You will receive call from agents from Mumbai stating 15k-16k 1 cabin but in reality a cabin cost 31k-45k 34sqft room .... Very over priced

Set up is becoming old fashioned. Meeting room access is less compared to others. 24*7 access is the USP

On behalf of SAVE, NGO, I along with Dr. Kushal Banerjee visited an executive of Regus at RDB Boulevard at Salt Lake, Sector V in the afternoon as per appointment. The executive we met was very cordial and well behaved. We enquired about office space for our NGO which Regus could provide according to our necessity. We had a detailed discussion. Madam, who received us elaborately informed the terms and conditions with a smiling face. We were very much satisfied after the discussion.

Clean n hygiene place It is such a silent place that if you drop a cap of your pen the person who is 30 yards away from you will hear it's sound clearly.,? Staff service is nice You have to use the lift to go on the 8th floor stairs are allowed only in emergency situations
