★ ★ ★ ★ ★ कन्नौट प्लेस सर्कल पे स्थित दोनो आईडिया स्टोर वाले यदि कस्टमर का प्रीपेड सिम खो जाय और कस्टमर सिम एक्सचेंज का रिक्वेस्ट इन दोनो स्टोर पे जाकर डालें तो कभी भी कस्टमर का सिम चालू नहीं होता है, सिम चालू एक ही शर्त पर होगा जब आप पोस्टपेड प्लान लें वो भी तीन महीने के लिए। ये रहा मेरा बेड एक्सपीरियंस। मेरे साथ ऐसा ही हुआ, जिस id पर सिम एक्सचेंज का रिक्वेस्ट cencil हुआ उसी id पर postpaid का सिम मिनटों में चालू हो गया । 350 रुपये/महीने बिल आएगा। लेकिन बहुत जल्द मैं आईडिया को जिओ में पोर्ट करवा लूँगा , समय का प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूँ।
