You are expected to do an assignment after every training, you will be forced to come to office despite the fact the whole world is working from home.
Major trust issues with new employees.

They do not provide cab facility. Health coverage is very less with co sharing option. Very bad for a product company. Did not give my variable payout though I had completed probation period of 6 months in the company.
