★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. My loan was over in 2018 and suddenly now they are saying some amount is payable from me just imagine after a year they got to know... Also they didn't had courtesy to call or email to let us know..
Calling customer care and while having a conversation calls are getting disconnected... Don't know if it was disconnected OR purposely disconnected...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst & bad experience with cap first. Their employees are too bad, always talking like abuse language and service is very very bad, collection executives are cracksman. No one is there to solve customers issues, just assuring that, you will get call in 2 days & issue will get solve. One collection boy collected my EMI in may -2016, but they are saying we are not received your money, they said this collection boy not from our company & they said at the time of loan sanction we advice don't pay EMI by cash to any person, which is unexpected ans. And overdue charges month by month increasing. They are trying to get extra money from customer. Its very very bad loan lender company.
I'll advice to all of you don't take loan from these capital first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't take any loan in past from this finance company. They are frequently calling me on my mobile through random numbers despite my mobile is registered in DND. IVR says on phone 'Based on your good track records, we are offering you personal loan....' Now, I'm blocking all the numbers but every-time they call me through random numbers and it happens usually 2-3 times every week. Therefore, it's very irritating.
I would recommend you all not to take any loan form this company.

I am VARUN U S, for what purpose the amount 472 Rs deducted from my account.I called to your customer care number and he is saying it's a charge for loan applied on this account.I cleared every loan pending and charges till date, for what reason you people's cutting amount from account.This is not a good service that amount deducting such ways.very very bad service I had ever seen.
