★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last 1 week ago i requested for personal loan n my loan was aproved then custemer care executive said 1 days later she is send executive for my home for document verification n collection. then i visited 16.2.18 capital first nagpur main branch branch executive also said executive visit ur place tomorrow bt today 7 days left no one visited my home for documentation no one call me....y ur process is very sloww..plzz i need so urgent...plzz do needful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.. i visited somedays ago to Capital First regarding Statement of my loan of two wheeler. It's branch was 15km away from my home. When i reached there i have told that times up at 3:30PM but it regularly close at 4:30PM. Ok next day i visited at 9:30. I have shared my all details with Customer care but they said they don't have my details in record also will look up in 1-2 hr will tell me in advance. I requested to them give their contact no. But they don't shared with me. I suggested them that your branch is so far away from my house. He assured me that he will resolve my issue and tell me in 1-2 hr. I have waited for whole day even for a month but there is no reply from their side till date. This is the worst experience in my life with Capital first. The makes me suffer. Also they have charged very high rate appropriate 14% intrest rate And not a single message i got from their side.
TOTALLY CORRUPT. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
