Worst private banking experience i ever had. I went to convert online banking account to normal saving and the fat customer relationship officer sits in-front desk took all the required documents and verification with Annoyed & irritating attitude. After 15 days there has been no progress and when we revisited, found which looks like they have lost all the documents we submitted and gave us false assurance of another 7 days time period. Then they send another guy to collect all documents again from home after 5 days. I know IDFC bank and they have great attitude while dealing with customers but this branch has so low quality customer service, i was wondering how this branch still working...

I am paying 20.84 percent rate of interest on my personal loan, which I wasn't aware of. As far as I know other banks are charged within 12-15 percent per year.

I am very much dissatisfied with IDFC customer service . Today I reached at 1.54pm (BHUBANESWAR BRANCH )to deposit cash . But cash counter executive denied to receive due to finalization of the day transaction . My question to Branch if you are unable to receive cash at the same time why did you open the gate. please close your gate . As before am happy with service

I have applied for change of my registered mobile no. at branch, since it is already 10 days passed still there is no change in mobile no. This is the service of IDFC FIRST BANK, who says "You First".

Disgusting sevices, there is no EMI Date, already deducted bounce charges. Really what a service??? What are you doing there,did you see... If a customer has EMI date is on 2nd date of every month, then how you deducted bounce charges before 10 days??? Surely I will report to police

My experience was wonderful Bcoz my work has done within 40 minutes.The behavior of the executive nice...I tell him that had read bad comments about the branch but he said that we are doing our work sincerely n don't care about comments...

One of the worst bank of India. I purchased Active 6G through IDFC finance. I paid 20,000 as down payment. The loan amount will be 66,000. But today I checked that loan amount is 72,500. When I asked for it they said it is for processing fees. Seriously 6,500 for two wheeler processing? IDFC is a Froud bank.
