★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a sales man at sahid nagar, has no product knowledge. He is telling me to call toll free number and ask about product features. The staff sitting at cash counter also does not know the minimum etiquette how to behave customers.

I have been to their Watch Repair Unit which has a separate route to itself.
Their staff is very skilled and polite.
