★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Titan aviator watch bought in 2009. It had a unique exquisite design in which the dial swivelled around a semi-lunar frame. Down the line, the nuts of this swivel broke and my watch had become unusable. While living in Jaipur, I had a jeweller repair it but it didn’t last long. No Titan service centre offered to repair it- they said that this model has stopped coming. Even in Mumbai, where Titan is headquartered, in 2016 I visited big shop service centres but no one vouched to repair it. My fully functional watch was lying useless for so many years and I had lost the hope to get it repaired. Finally I came to this shop. Here the watch master Subhojit Pal offered to repair it. He took my watch to Kolkata and got it repaired. It took some time, but I finally got back my beautiful watch back- fully functional. I love my watch and sincerely thank Subhojit ji for his help.
This is one of the oldest watch shops in Bhubaneshwar and very reliable. Good offers on new watches and accessories too. Servicing is unmatched. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my gshock watch cell replaced on 25th Dec 2021 here and now (March 2022) it's malfunctioning. The first time ever it's been opened in it's life and the light doesn't work properly. What a coincidence! I got it fixed there coz it's authorised casio store.
I went to the shop, enquired. The clock worker said it's company's issue. Wow! You open up the watch for the first time and it becomes the brand's fault. Unprofessional lot!

They will change orginal watch' machine even and will argue with you... Worse experience will never visit again
