★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a big watch store where you can find top brands. I think they keep around 20 brands of wrist watch. Little bit expensive but worth it seeing the brand value. I purchased one for my friend. If you wanna gift something then do visit the store as they keep all range of watches. The staffs were nice and well dressed. Sometimes you get discount during sale time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is about multi brand sales store. They have a sound stock of different brand watches. The reason of my visit to this shop is to replace battery of my Titan octane wrist watch and my experience of visit is worst as nothing. It is noticed that the whole staff of the store is totally incompetent as well as lack of interest doing there job. The battery of my watch is replaced in front of me and I am shocked to see that they are literally using chisel and hammer to open the watch. They don't have even proper tools. These fools actually managed to damage my 8k watch. My concern is that watch is a very delicate and precision device, how come someone can think of using chisel and hammer to open the watch ? So my request is to every one " DO NOT BRING YOUR WATCH TO THIS SHOP FOR ANY KIND OF MAINTENANCE...PLEASE "

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is good in terms of collection of watches but the staff are fraudsters, never trust them with your watch repairs. I got my diesel watch battery replaced but the service technician insisted that he cannot provide the bill. I should have denied the repair right there but since this was just a battery replacement i didn't think much. Few days later my watch battery died again and i cannot claim it as i don't have proof of repair or bill. Stay away folks!

When a customer is visiting your store, the sales person needs to be pro active and customer friendly, because customer will expect sales person to interact:
- What exactly a customer is looking for??
- What are the alternatives??
- What are the new collections??
- What are the main differences incase if a customer liked more than 2/3 watches, in order to finalize it.
