It was really felt bad , since I was with my family and kids.
Please avoid this shop, buy from other stores or order online.

They are giving lame excuse that the server is down from last 2 days. Today they told that they forgot their login credentials.
This point can only be redeemed at samsung smart cafe. But they deny without even trying to claim my points. Zero star rating for the employee named SURYA, who is not at all cooperative. Zero star for customer satisfaction also. Will never recommend anyone to buy any Samsung products from here.
